Dec 15, 2014  Hey guys I got this info from Boost CSR when I talked to them earlier, I'm still on the phone with them trying to get the MSL code out of them, but here is what I got so far: Force Hands Free Activation/Refresh of phone: Bring up your phone dialer and type: ##25327# When it asks for lock code.

They had me do a ##72786#, phone rebooted and hands free activation screen appears, fails retrys and oes not complete. Keep getting notofication that activation not complete. • Hands free activation

  If this is the first time activating your device, hands free activation automatically starts when you power it on for the first time.

  4. Your device automatically installs available PRL updates.
  5. Tap OK.
  6. Your device automatically checks for available firmware updates.
  7. If an update is available, follow the prompts to install it. Otherwise, tap OK.
  8. Your device restarts.
  9. After it restarts, your device is ready to be used.
  10. You've now completed hands free activation.

  Note: If hands free activation fails, continue to the next guide.

• One touch programming

  If this is not the first time activating your device, or hands free activation did not complete successfully, use one touch programming.

  1. From the home screen, tap the Menu key.
  2. Tap System settings.
  3. Scroll to and tap System update.
  4. Tap Update profile.
  5. Tap OK.
  6. Your device returns to the System settings screen.
  7. Tap the Home key.
  8. You've now completed one touch programming.

  Note: If one touch programming fails, continue to the next guide.

• Manual programming

  Only use manual programming if both hands free activation and one touch programming did not complete successfully on your Kyocera Hydro Edge™.

  Manually programming your device requires a 6-digit programming code and a 10-digit MSID. If your device was activated via www.sprint.com/activate, these codes may be found in the phone activation confirmation email or on the programming instructions page displayed after the activation was processed.
