Redeem titles with just a redemption code
To redeem a code, go to the redemption page. Or follow the steps for your device.
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

- Open the Apple TV app.
- At the bottom of the screen, tap Watch Now.
- In the upper-right corner, tap the profile icon .
- Tap Redeem Gift Card or Code. If asked, sign in with your Apple ID and password.
- Tap 'You can also enter your code manually,' then enter the 12-digit code printed on the insert included with your disc.
- Tap Redeem.

On your Mac or PC
- On your Mac, open the Apple TV app. On your PC, open iTunes for Windows. If you're not signed in, sign in with your Apple ID.
- From the menu bar, choose Account > Redeem.
- Enter your Apple ID and password, then click Sign In.
- Enter the 12-digit code printed on the insert included with your disc. You might be able to use the camera on your Mac to redeem your code.
- You can choose to download the digital copy of your movie now or download it later. Learn how to redownload purchases.

Redeem other digital movies
If your digital copy doesn't include a code, search the Internet for the service you can use to redeem it. In the United States, you can redeem some digital copies in the Movies Anywhere app and transfer them to your Apple ID so you can use them in the Apple TV app or iTunes for Windows.

If your Digital Copy DVD, or Blu-ray, or 4K title is damaged, scratched, or missing its redemption code or Digital Copy disc, contact the appropriate studio for help:

- Digital Copies aren't available in every country or region. You must use a Digital Copy code in the Apple TV app or iTunes Store country or region where the packaging says it will work. For example, you'll need a U.S. Apple ID to use a code from a U.S. DVD, and you'll need an Australian Apple ID to use a code from an Australian DVD.
